"At age 82 and again at age 84 I had spinal fusion operations - four vertebrae then 6 - which greatly reduced my flexibility. I got physical therapy which made me stronger but did not do much for my flexibility. Then I met Kim and worked with her two days a week stretching plus doing a series of exercises she suggested on the alternate days. Her sessions have been very helpful and I now have regained a considerable amount of flexibility even with the 6 immovable vertebrae. All this and she is also very pleasant to work with."
